Dye Sublimation
Dye Sublimation, as a process is the method of applying a digital image to specially coated ceramics, metals and polyester cloth, using three main ingredients: sublimation ink, heat and pressure. Sublimation ink is unique in its ability to convert from a solid to
a gas without going through a liquid form (Just like dry ice.) The conversion is initiated at 400 degrees and controlled with pressure and time. Hard items such as ceramic, fiber board, metals, etc. require a polymer coating to accept the sublimation inks. All other garments such as t-shirts, towels, jerseys, flags etc. must contain at least 50% polyester for a high resolution print result, we can print large format up to 42 inches wide. Art/ Set-Up
Custom art fees are charged at $40.00 per hour for graphic design and digitizing for embroidery with a minimum of $20.00
Screen-printing has a one-time set-up fee of $30.00 per color/per screen,
this includes the screen and film.
Digitizing for embroidery is also a one-time fee.

Art Specifications:
Film separations are done by Badd Habit. Please submit high-resolution art in any of the formats listed below with a minimum DPI of 150. It is best to provide artwork at a high DPI (150 through 600) and at the final size it is to be printed. For example, if your goal is a shirt with a 10" print on it, it is much better to provide a design that is 10" and 150+ DPI rather than a 3" picture you found on the web. Please also submit your art files pre-sized to your intended print size.

We accept CD’s, thumb drives, and e-mail. Please contact us if you need your artwork scanned at a high resolution (drawings or photographs).
Do not give us your original artwork! Please make a copy for us.
For PSD files please submit rasterized type or provide the font.
For AI and EPS keep all layers, create outline text or provide the font for your design.
Please provide pantone colors if you have an exact pms color or Baddhabit will color match from your file provided.
